Terms of Service

Using Suppr

By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use Suppr. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Your content

Recipes, pantry items, and other content you add belong to you. You grant Suppr a limited license to store and display that content within your household so the app can function. Don't upload anything you don't have rights to.

Acceptable use

Recipes and food safety

Recipe suggestions are for inspiration only. Always use your own judgement on cook times, allergens, and food safety. Suppr is not a substitute for medical or dietary advice.

Affiliate links

When you tap a shopping option, you may be redirected to a partner service (such as Instacart or Walmart) to buy groceries. Suppr may earn a small commission on purchases you make through those links. The price you pay is unchanged, and using them is entirely optional.

Ads

Suppr's free tier is supported by banner ads (Google AdMob in the app) and affiliate links. Suppr Pro removes ads while its subscription is active.

Suppr Pro subscriptions

Suppr Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or annually at the price shown in the App Store purchase screen. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. An annual free trial, when offered, converts to a paid annual subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple handles billing and refunds; deleting your Suppr account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Paid features require an active entitlement, though Suppr's core pantry, cooking, and household-voting features remain available on the free tier.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime from the Profile screen. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

Suppr is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms as the app evolves; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
